Route 26 and Route 64
6/19/2004 11:40am- Polo Fire and
Ambulance responded to a two vehicle crash with injuries and entrapment at the
intersection of Route 26 and Route 64. After the collision between the van and
the car, the car went into the ditch and rolled over. One of the victims
in the car had to be extricated by firefighters and was seriously injured during
the crash. The Polo Fire Department had put it's new Vehicle Stabilization
Jacks into service just 2 hours prior to the call and used them on this call.
